Wonderful day! :D

It is quite awesome actually, whatever happened today! The first best thing was that I get to work with Ruth! I mean, its a dream come true, its the reason why we went job hunting together in the first place! However, the next thing that happened, is one of the reasons why me and Ruth live for- to spread gospel. Before I get to that point, I cannot believe how daring Ruth is, to bring out a bible during lunch break for EVERYONE to see. She has the guts man, I would never ever ever do that. What's even more amazing is that she was able to argue with a Muslim about their views and not seem to stumble at any point of time. I would never been able to do that if I were in her shoes. I need to buck up on my knowledge.

So whats happening is that, there is this girl from our workplace, we can call her zw for now, she is a broken person. Even without her telling our past, just by listening to her speech, you know that she has a very sad past. It was confirmed when we decided to have supper together and she told us her story. I felt really sad when I heard her story and I almost wanted to tear two times but I stopped myself. I shouldnt get too emotional in public. To cut her long story short, she suffers emotional trauma from home, school and people. She suffers from depression and she feels depress all the time even when she is joking with us!

Ruth and I decided to take a step of faith and shared our stories with her. We also( actually more like Ruth did it) commanded the depressing feeling to leave and leave it did! It was so amazing, everything happened before my eyes and I was shocked. You could probably see my uvula by the depth of how low my jaw dropped. She said that suddenly, her depressed feeling was gone. She felt something lifting off from her chest and she felt weird. I am guessing because she is so used to feeling depressed all the time that she just feel weird not feeling depressed. We asked if it was a good feeling and she replied yes.

She never really accepted Christ at the end of the day, but you can tell that her heart has already soften to the gospel. I urge every Christian who reads this blog to help me to pray for her, to pray that her emotional hurts get healed, to pray that she will know that it is God who loves her and heal her, and to pray that her heart will be soften even more and finally accept Jesus into her life as her lord and savior. I believe that such a day will definitely come. In Jesus name, amen.
