August 03

Ok, it's been awhile since i post here- sorry about that; was busy the past few days. There's a chinese test on tuesday and I am kind of worried here though; have not started revising yet. Not that i want to brag about it, but i did not revise for my entire life UNLESS you count studying on the day itself the test is given then about that, i have no comments.

Anyway, just to let you know, I had been reading fanfictions the past few days. I would usually ONLY read the stories written from my buddies(authors), but now, i am hunting for more. Why? Because i found out that the fanfictions i currently read are not enough. Most of them had their epilouges done already. So yea.

For the past few months, the fanfictions i read from are only from gakuen alice- i absolutely love the manga. But since i had read almost all of them already and gotten bored of it, i decided to broaden my range. So now, i am literally attacking fanfictions of other animes/mangas in which i meant by hunting for other authors earlier on. Would be attacking those with good english of course.

The animes/mangas i am attacking so far are D-grey man, Naruto and Full Metal alchemist. In which I would need take to a LONG time to finish them, as firstly, there are thousand times more story than in Gakuen alice. Secondly, most of the stories there are over 100k and thirdly, there are more authors there and they write!

-Today's topic-

Since i had done crying and laughing for the previous posts, i think i should do anger in this one.

Anger is an emotion that every human is bound to have. No matter how kind, how gentle, how forgiving you are- there would be moments of time where you would feel anger flowing through your blood. Where you would have negative thoughts on the person your angry with, worst still for some people- they put those thoughts into action.

So when do we feel anger? We feel anger when we are irritated, felt like we got bullied or sometimes even from stress!

Stress can easily cause one to be extremely sensitive to emotions, especially anger. One little unintentionally mistake done to you while your stress could easily make you snap at him/her. Time management is important in this case. Handling things while your stress could make you regret what you did. A little break would be nice too.

Those who release their anger on someone, are those who have limited self-control over him/herself. The easiest and best thing to do to calm yourself(if your the type of person i mentioned earier on) is to clench and unclench your fist. The trick here is that, by clenching your fists, your forcing the muscles around it to contract and when you unclench them, they would immediately relax. Contract and relax are totally opposite- so you could get the best calming effect. You could try it now as you read now and feel the effect. Although you shouldn't clench your fist too long; a few seconds would do.

Another way is to think about positive thoughts. Try to think of merits of the other person- what good deeds had he done before. If he doesn't or you didn't recall any, just distract yourself from him, think about the things you liked to do. You could also walk away/turn your head out of the scene. The last thing you could do is to talk with your friends- engage into a conversation. But if that person is hitting on the person you love/like/have a crush on, just go ahead and hit/slap him/her in the face!(Just kidding!) The only thing you can do is to confront that person and ask for a fair fight?(sounded lyk the old times...)

I think i also lack a few points in this topic, but i would polish it more as soon as i recongize what i missed out. Adieus!
