After such a long and hedious 4 months worth of tekaning, we were supposed to OJT and we didnt. Apparently, our results were so "bad" that we failed! The thing is we did it within the allocated timing that the ah gong gave and it is considered too slow for them. I personally believe that it is shit to compare us to our predecessors because obviously they will do so much faster due to the amount of training they have as compared to us!
It is NOT fair to us and they should have considered all the handicaps that we had. They blindly think that we can do it during the evaluation and throw us into the excercise. Then during the excercise, they started to open their super wide and try to find problems when there are no problems! I'hv had it.
