NS life

Well, first two weeks of confinement went by really fast. So far I am enjoying myself over there, but right before we had our first book out, they warned us about the incoming book in. That it is only going to be tougher and our "honeymoon" period is over. That sounds a little scary, but I hopefully it is not as bad as what I have imagined in my brain.

I am posted to platoon 4 section 2 bed 3( 4203) and I have became a mini star in my own platoon! I was just singing to myself in the toilet and someone suddenly came in and told me that I can sing. He requested me to sing for him while he continues his shower, I was in the mood to sing, so why not? Then all hell broke loose. Apparently, he enjoyed my singing thoroughly and he went around the entire platoon to come inside the toilet and hear me sing. From that day onwards, I became the star in my platoon. Every single time I go toilet for shower, they will stop me and ask me to sing for them. It is such a nice feeling but god bless me, I am running out of songs to sing.

Oh yes, on the first day of enlistment many things happened. One recruit decided to rush towards the "master" when he was told to be in a push up position and move towards him. In other wards, to crawl towards the "master". Why? He was leaning on one leg and after "master" repeatedly ask him to stand properly, he refused to listen. God knows what this stupid recruit is doing but he is lucky the real "master" aint around, if not he would have a punch in his face. Also when night time came, I could not sleep. At around 2-3am, the metal frame of a fan( which is connected to the ceiling) dropped. The fan blade was bend and tilted upwards, causing it to create a very loud noise when it spins as it brushes against the other side of the metal frame. The entire section woke up and I was feeling troubled. On the very next night, another fan's metal frame dropped. HOW TO SLEEP PEACEFULLY LIKE THAT?

I want to write more, but I am so tired already. Going to rest a while before continue writing next time!
